Both! For all residents of Ryde and its surrounding suburbs, we will happily travel to your home or arrange a lesson at a library near you. No extra fees.

At this stage of time, we do not offer tutoring for any subjects other than mathematics. However, please do contact us and let us know which subject you'd like us to offer tutoring for because we are growing very fast!

We do not have an office. We provide one-on-one tutoring at students' homes or public libraries.

Before your first session, you will receive an email from us with an invoice for the upcoming lesson. The invoice will have a payment button, which you can use to pay via a credit or debit card. The invoice needs to be paid within a day from its issue date.

Whichever card you use to pay for your first lesson will be charged automatically after every lesson. If you wish to change the card we use to charge you, please contact us!

As secure as online payments can get. We use third-party payment processor Stripe to ensure that our clients' credit card details are completely safe and secure.

None! And there never will be.

Not in the foreseeable future. In the very unlikely event that we should modify our rates, we will notify you, by email, at least a month prior to the date where our rate change will be implemented.

In order to cancel your lesson with us, please call us at least 4 hours prior to your lesson, simply by texting your tutor. If you give us less notice, we reserve the right to charge you for that lesson.
